Kairo Coach · membership

Two experts. One plan. Your numbers.

A named strength coach and a biochemist-nutritionist plan your training and your table together, from what your band actually measured. You are paying for professional help on both — because the combination is what works.

Why members join

Professional help, all the way to your goal.

A team of professionals on your training and your food — planned together, for you.

Built around your goal

Say where you're going. The plan is drawn from there.

Training from Tendai, the table from Naledi — one goal, both experts, rebuilt every Sunday from your numbers.

Losing weight

3–4 sessions / wk · targets reset every Sunday

Train
Conditioning blocks sized by your Readiness — hard days when your body can pay for them, easy days that still count.
Eat
A modest deficit set from the week you actually moved, rebuilt every Sunday. Food you already cook, portions that survive a braai.
A woman in red holding a side plank, smiling through it.

Losing the belly

Conditioning + core · kitchen-led

Train
Whole-body conditioning with a dedicated core block — because nobody can burn fat from one spot, and we say so out loud.
Eat
The kitchen does the heavier lifting here — a modest deficit you can actually hold for months, not weeks.

Building muscle

4-week blocks · protein per plate

Train
Progressive overload in four-week blocks, with deloads placed by your Readiness before your joints ask for them.
Eat
Protein anchored to every plate from food your shops actually stock, eating up on the weeks the bar goes up.

Shaping the glutes

2–3 lower days / wk · recovery-watched

Train
Hinge, squat and thrust emphasis, two to three days a week — with recovery watched like a hawk, because muscle is built on the rest day.
Eat
Enough on the plate to build with — under-eating is the quietest way to train hard for nothing.

Goals are where the plan points, never a promised outcome — bodies set their own pace, and your coaches work with yours.

Sport-specific coaching

Training for something?

A race is a goal with a date. Tell your coaches which start line, and the whole plan is built backwards from it — the training and the fuelling together, because on race day they are the same thing.

  • A block built back from race day — base, build, peak, taper
  • Long-run fuelling planned by Naledi — carbohydrate that works at kilometre 30, not just on paper
  • The taper set by your Readiness, not by superstition
  • Road marathon & half
  • Trail & ultra
  • Cycling
  • Football
  • Netball
  • Boxing & combat sports

Yoga & recovery

Yoga, written into the week.

The hard days only work if the slow days are real. Rutendo writes the flows into the same plan as your lifting and your runs.

  • Recovery flow
  • Mobility
  • Vinyasa basics
  • Breathwork
  • Morning stretch

Recovery is programmed, not hoped for.

The nutritionist’s method

How Naledi plans your table.

  1. 01

    She reads your week

Your zone minutes, steps and sessions say how much your body actually worked — so targets start from your real week, never a formula's guess.

  2. 02

    Targets set to your goal

A modest deficit for losing, a build for muscle, protein anchored per plate — numbers you can hit with the pots already on your stove.

  3. 03

    Planned around your table

Pap, sadza, rice and the braai — your plan is written from what your household cooks and what the month's budget looks like. If a plan can't survive a family Sunday, it isn't a plan.

No crash diets, no banned foods, no imported superfoods — the plan that lasts is the one your kitchen already knows how to cook.

A weekly plan review
Every Sunday your coach reads your week — Readiness, Load, Sleep, the sessions you actually did — and adjusts the block. The plan bends to your body, not the calendar.
Food that fits your table
Naledi builds targets around what your household already cooks and what the month's budget looks like. No imported superfoods, no shame.
Voice-note chat, seven days a week
Ask anything in a voice note and get one back the same day, every day of the week. Real answers from the person who reads your numbers.
A video check-in every month
Thirty minutes with your coach, on video, to look at the month together and set the next one.

How the first month runs

  1. Day 1

You pay month one and fill in a ten-minute intro: goals, injuries, schedule, kitchen.

  2. Within 48 h

Tendai and Naledi read your Kairo history and send your first week's plan and targets.

  3. Every Sunday

Plan review against your scores. Sessions move when your body disagrees with the calendar.

  4. Monthly

A video check-in, and a renewal prompt by WhatsApp — pay it, or simply don't. Stopping is allowed to be that easy.

People, not features.

The app is free forever with the band — every signal, every score, your whole history. Nothing in it is locked behind this membership. When you join Coach you are paying two professionals for their week: one for the training, one for the table — because either one alone leaks, and the combination is what works.

Your coaches see your scores and workouts. Blood pressure, cycle, SpO₂ and the rest of your health signals stay private unless you switch each one on yourself.

USD, month by month. Nothing else added, nothing locked in.

Cancel by stopping. The app stays free either way.

How would you like to pay?

Processed by Paynow — Zimbabwe’s payment gateway.

Paid to Kairo here on the site — the app never charges you and holds no subscriptions. Renewal is a monthly prompt you approve; stopping is cancelling. No lock-in, no cancellation window, nothing in the app ever locked.

Asked before joining

Your scores — Readiness, Load, Sleep — and your workouts. Blood pressure, cycle, SpO₂ and the rest of your health signals stay private unless you switch each one on yourself, and you can switch them off again any time.

Stop paying. Wallet members get a WhatsApp prompt each month — ignore it and the package simply ends, nothing breaks, the app keeps working in full. Card members cancel with one message to the same number.

No. The app is free forever with the band — every signal, every score, your whole history. Coach adds people, not features. Nothing in the app is locked behind it.

Yes — give your coaches the date and the distance and the block is built backwards from it: base, build, peak, and a taper set by your Readiness. Naledi plans the fuelling alongside the running, because at kilometre 30 the plate matters as much as the legs. That goes for cycling, trail, football seasons and fight camps too.

Yes — guided flows and mobility sessions are written into your week like any other session, at no extra fee. They land where your scores say they should: a recovery flow after the heavy days, a short wind-down on the weeks sleep runs thin. You don't need to have done yoga before — every flow is guided from the first breath.

No. Naledi builds modest, sustainable targets from your real week and your real kitchen — no banned foods, no imported superfoods, no eating plans that collapse at the first family Sunday. Slow is the point: it is the version that lasts.

No — and nobody can. Spot reduction isn't how bodies work, and anyone promising it is selling something. What we can do: train the whole body, build the core underneath, and let a steady kitchen change the total — which is where the middle goes from.
