What we promise about the hardware, and exactly how to claim.
30-day comfort guarantee
If the band does not suit you, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We arrange collection at our cost and refund you in full to your original payment method. Card refunds settle in a few business days; mobile-money refunds are pushed manually and can take up to five.
12-month limited warranty
We warrant the Kairo Band One against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. We will repair or replace a defective band at our discretion, from Johannesburg or Harare. Replacement units carry the remainder of the original warranty.
Not covered
Accidental damage, cosmetic wear, water exposure beyond the stated rating, unauthorised repair, and consumable wear on the strap. Replacement straps and chargers are sold separately.
How to claim
Message our WhatsApp line or use the contact form with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We respond within four business hours and arrange collection if a return is needed.
