Track my order

Follow your band from our hub to your door, with or without an account.

1. 01

   Find your order number

   It is in your order confirmation email, formatted like KR-4821-ZW. It also appears on the confirmation page you saw after paying.

2. 02

   Open order tracking

   Go to Support → Track order, or use the link in the bottom of any Kairo email. Enter the order number and the email you used.

3. 03

   Read the timeline

   Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered. Once we hand over to the courier, the Shipped step carries a tracking link straight to them.

4. 04

   If it looks stuck

   Cross-border lanes occasionally pause for customs clearance. If nothing has moved for two working days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase it.
