Hosting and edge delivery — website rendering and caching.
Content management — marketing copy, imagery and pricing content.
Database — orders, accounts and device records.
Commerce and communications
Paynow (Zimbabwe) — EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks and card processing. Card data is entered on Paynow's hosted page and never touches Kairo systems.
Transactional email — order, shipping and authentication emails.
Support tooling and WhatsApp Business — customer conversations.
Measurement
Product analytics — anonymised, consent-gated usage measurement. No advertising pixels are in use at launch.
