   30-day comfort guarantee

   Not for you? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and a full refund to your original payment method.

2. 02

   12-month warranty

   Manufacturing faults are covered for 12 months from delivery. We repair or replace from Johannesburg or Harare — you never post hardware overseas.

3. 03

   What is not covered

   Accidental damage, water ingress beyond the rating, and normal strap wear. Replacement straps are available separately.
