Pricing and currency

The band is priced in South African rand for South Africa, VAT inclusive, and in US dollars elsewhere in the region. The displayed price is the total payable — we do not add fees at checkout.

We show a struck-through price only where a genuine, dated promotion is running, in line with the Consumer Protection Act and ASA guidance.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment and send your order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full.

Delivery

Delivery windows shown at checkout are working-day estimates from our Johannesburg or Harare hub. Cross-border lanes may pause briefly for customs clearance. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns, guarantee and warranty

The 30-day comfort guarantee lets you return an undamaged band within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults and is serviced in-region.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, and equivalent legislation in your country, are not affected by anything in these terms.

What is included

The Kairo app is included with the band at no cost for as long as you own it. There is no subscription, no optional tier and nothing to cancel. Features present at the time of your purchase will not later be moved behind a payment.

Kairo is a general wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional about medical concerns.
