Where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes, and every way to pay.

   Where we deliver

   Everywhere in Zimbabwe, from our Harare hub. Harare and Bulawayo arrive in 2–4 business days; the rest of the country in 3–5. The region follows one country at a time, once we can deliver and support it properly.

   What delivery costs

   Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, and the price on the page is the total you pay — no fees appear at checkout.

   How to pay

   Everything is processed by Paynow, Zimbabwe's payment gateway: EcoCash, OneMoney or InnBucks approved on your own handset with your PIN, or Visa and Mastercard entered on Paynow's secure page. Kairo never sees your PIN or card number.

4. 04

   When your order ships

   Orders are packed from Harare within one business day of payment confirming. You get an order number on the confirmation page and by email; the Shipped step carries the courier's tracking link.

5. 05

   If you are not available

   The courier attempts delivery, then calls the number from your order to arrange a second attempt. Nothing is returned to us without contacting you first.

6. 06

   Returns

   Thirty days on everything: the band under the comfort guarantee, apparel and equipment unused. We arrange collection and refund your original payment method — wallet refunds can take up to five days.
