Export or delete my data

Your POPIA rights, and how to use them in two taps.

1. 01

   Download my data

   Account → Details → Download my data. We produce a JSON export of your account, orders and recorded metrics within 30 days, usually far sooner.

2. 02

   Delete my account

   Account → Details → Delete my account. We soft-delete for 30 days so you can change your mind, then purge.

3. 03

   What we must keep

   Order and payment records are retained for five years where tax law requires it. Those are financial records, not health data.
