My mobile-money payment says pending

What a pending wallet payment means, and what to do.

   Pending is normal

   Mobile-money networks sometimes confirm minutes after you approve. Your order is held and nothing is lost while we wait — Paynow keeps polling until your network answers.

2. 02

   Do not pay twice

   If you were charged, we will match the payment to your order. Paying again creates a refund you then have to wait for.

   If the prompt never arrived

   Wait for the countdown on the payment page, then choose Try again — a fresh prompt goes to the same wallet number.

4. 04

   Still nothing after an hour

   Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the wallet number you used. Every payment is visible in Paynow, so we can confirm it manually.
