Set up your band for the first time

Ten minutes from box to first night of data.

1. 01

   Charge it fully first

   Clip the magnetic charger to the back of the band and give it 90 minutes. The first charge sets the battery gauge.

2. 02

   Install Kairo

   Search for Kairo on Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code on the card in the box.

3. 03

   Enter your activation code

   The code is printed on the card in the box. It links the band to your account and unlocks the app.

4. 04

   Pair over Bluetooth

   Keep the band within a metre of your phone and accept the pairing prompt. Pairing takes under a minute.

5. 05

   Wear it tonight

   Snug, one finger-width above the wrist bone. Your first Sleep score arrives with your morning brief; scores stay provisional while your baseline builds over two weeks.
